Costume Rental Terms & Conditions

By renting a costume, you agree:

1. To pay 5 BD damage deposit at the time of ordering/collection.
2. That the product will be returned to the store within 7 days of your event date (agreed at collection).
3. To notify us 3 days before your event date if you no longer require the costume.
4. That the damage deposit will be returned to you on condition that the costume is returned in good condition, with all accessories included, in the original packaging.
5. Costumes cannot be tailored/altered.
6. Customers are responsible for paying any delivery fees if want to use a courier to return the product.
7. Your damage deposit will be refunded at the time of return.
8. All rented costumes will be brand new or will have been professionally dry cleaned.
