We currently accept payment by the following methods:
1) Benefit - your order will be dispatched when payment is received
2) Cash on delivery/collection. Please have exact cash, including delivery fee
3) Card payments - this will be up and running very soon
Will you be adding to your range?
Yes! As we move through the year towards Halloween, National Day, Christmas, and into the Spring, I will be adding to the collections.
Do let me know if there are any themes/products that you think I am missing.
Will you be stocking adult costumes?
Yes, I hope to expand into this area as the business grows. I also plan to add party supplies to help you create magical birthday parties.

I plan to offer a hire facility for key school themes very soon

How do I care for my costume?
Please follow the washing instructions on the label carefully. Wash on a low temperature. Do not tumble dry.
What is the returns policy?
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please email me, and then send the unworn, unused item back in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event you received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number.
How can I collect my order from you?
If you are visiting or local to Saar, please contact me on 3200 8289 to discuss collection BEFORE placing your order, as this will need to be at a mutually convenient time and location. If you need your item in a hurry, please use the express delivery service.
What are the different delivery options?
The Dressing Up Box uses shipping agent Parcel for deliveries across Bahrain. You can choose from two options:
1) Standard delivery - costs 2 BHD for next day delivery.
2) Express delivery - need your item in a hurry? Place and pay for your order by 5pm for same day express delivery. This speedy service costs 3 BHD.
Please ensure that you input your address and contact details carefully to help the Parcel driver locate you easily.
You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched and delivered safely.
