By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and further acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS SITE. All materials on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark protection law.
Regulating Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product, please email info@thedressingupboxbahrain.com, and then send the unworn, unused item back in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event you received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact info@thedressingupboxbahrain.com, quoting your order number.
If you have had an item delivered to you, and need a refund, it is the customer's responsibility to return the item to the store, and pay the return delivery cost.
Please note that we cannot refund any altered costumes, wigs, tights or face paints for hygiene reasons.
All items are processed and quality-checked upon return. Your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an unused item for a different style or size, please contact us via email to confirm your requirements and check stock availability.
Delivery Policy
The Dressing Up Box uses shipping agent Parcel for deliveries across Bahrain.
Standard delivery costs start from 2 BHD. The fee depends on your block code.
Need your item in a hurry? Place and pay for your order by 8pm for same day express delivery.
Please ensure that you input your address and contact details carefully to help the Parcel driver locate you easily. Please type your block number into the ‘postcode’ box.
You will receive notification when your order has been dispatched and delivered safely.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 32008289.
Collection
You can collect your order from our new shop at the Nakheel Centre, in Saar.

Payment Method
We accept card payments online, as well as card, cash benefit, or gift voucher payments in store.
You can also pay cash or benefit to your delivery driver.
VAT
VAT is charged at the standard rate of 10% in Bahrain.
Promotions
We occasionally run promotions. The customer can only redeem one offer per order.
